We had many good meals in the Burgundy region, but dinner at Le Conty was the best, hands-down. Despite a couple of less than positive reviews on TripAdvisor, we reserved a table. We were told we would be seated in their wine cellar, where we enjoyed great food and excellent service. Entrées were escargot and carpaccio. Mme Fromage had a lamb shank; my son, beef bourguignon, and I had ris de veau (veal sweetbreads, the thymus and pancreas glands!). The cheese plate consisted of Brillat-Savarin, Délice de Pommard, and a young-ish Comté. Dessert was an outstanding raspberry macaron with fresh whipped cream.
