Day 17: Burrata
Yes, they make cheese in Holland. And yet the first cheese I ate there was from Italy. I’m a purist for the most part when it comes to cheese, which means I don’t typically cook with it. But when I find a tiny restaurant tucked away on a narrow street run by Italian guys, all friends, who are selling homemade pizza with burrata on it, well… there’s nothing else to say. I horked it down like it was my last meal. It was unbelievably good.
